Welcome back to a new school year. If you have not had me as a teacher before, you need to know that this blog is one of the most important ways you get information on this course. Please note the tabs at the top of the page. The first is for turn it in. The second tab is a set of links to most of the literature we read in our class. This allows you to read much of our literature on line if you're not a big fan of having to bring all your books home. The next tab is perhaps the most important. Click on the documents tab for all handouts and study guides in the course. You are expected to download/print these documents on your own time. If you do not have access to a printer at home please make sure you schedule yourself so you can print them elsewhere. The next two tabs allow access to my calendars for Juniors and Seniors. Please note homework/ assiugnment/ test and quiz dates may be found on these calendars. Finally, the last tab gives access to Engrade which allows you to see your grades on line. I use technology as a tool in all of my classes. I find that you will be expected to enter college with a familiarity with technology being an integral part of your classroom. If you do not yet feel comfortable with computers let this be your year to learn. There are virtually no jobs which do not now integrate technology as an important part of their description.
